Warranty Policy for Tabby Luggage

This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Tabby Luggage warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

What’s Covered:

      •     Defective zippers, handles, wheels, or stitching
      •     Structural defects affecting the functionality of the luggage

What’s Not Covered:

      •     Normal wear and tear
      •     Damage caused by mishandling by airlines or transportation carriers
      •     Damage caused by improper packing or over-packing
      •     Cosmetic damage such as scratches or scuffs

Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect, and accompanying images illustrating the issue. Claims can be submitted by contacting our customer service team via email at sales@tabbyluggage.com.

Upon approval, Tabby Luggage will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover products acquired from unauthorized resellers.

Limitation of Liability:
Tabby Luggage’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Modification of Warranty:
Tabby Luggage reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
